We only collect what we need to quote and carry out work for you:

The suburb and street address where the work is to be done
A description of the job, and any photos you choose to send us
Records of our correspondence, quotes and invoices
Basic technical information collected by our website host, such as your browser type and the pages you visited

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Payment is arranged directly with you by bank transfer, cash or card at the time of the job.

2. How we use your information

To prepare and send you a fixed-price quote
To schedule, carry out and invoice the work
To answer your questions and follow up on a job
To keep the records we are required to keep for tax, insurance and warranty purposes
To improve the information on this website

We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

3. When we share information

We share personal information only where it is necessary:

With service providers who help us operate, such as our website host and the lead-capture service that delivers form submissions to our inbox
With a licensed trade we refer you to, and only with your knowledge
With our accountant or insurer where a job requires it
Where we are required to do so by law

If you are an NDIS participant or working with a support coordinator, we share information with them only where you have asked us to.

4. Photos of work

We sometimes take photos of completed work for our own records and, occasionally, to show examples of what we do. We will ask you first before using a photo of your property publicly, and we do not include identifying details such as your street address.

5. Storage and security

Quotes, job records and correspondence are stored securely and kept only as long as we need them for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

This website may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to tell you when one is being set. Doing so will not stop you using the site or contacting us.
